DESCRIPTION
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CRSH1 Series types are Schottky Barrier Rectifiers mounted in an axial
lead epoxy case using metal to silicon junction to yield low forward voltage drop and instantaneous reverse
recovery times.
