DESCRIPTION
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CM4957 is a Silicon PNP RF Transistor, mounted in a hermetically sealed
package, designed for high frequency amplifier and non-saturated switching applications. This device is a
replacement for the 2N4957.
