DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CWDM305ND is
a dual, high current N-channel enhancement-mode
silicon MOSFET designed for high speed pulsed
amplifier and driver applications. This energy efficient
MOSFET offers beneficially low rDS(ON), low gate
charge, and low threshold voltage.
