DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMLDM3737
consists of Dual N-Channel Enhancement-mode silicon
MOSFETs designed for high speed pulsed amplifier
and driver applications. These MOSFETs offer Very
Low rDS(ON) and Low Threshold Voltage.
