DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMRDM7590 is
an enhancement-mode dual P-Channel MOSFET
designed for high speed pulsed amplifier and driver
applications. This MOSFET offers low rDS(ON) and low
threshold voltage.
