DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMUDM8004
is an Enhancement-mode P-Channel Field Effect
Transistor, manufactured by the P-Channel DMOS
Process, designed for high speed pulsed amplifier and
driver applications. This MOSFET offers Low rDS(on)
and Low Theshold Voltage.
