Low Dropout Voltage Regulator with Reset
■ GENERAL DISCRIPTION
■ PACKAGE OUTLINE
The NJM2801 is a low dropout voltage regulator with
reset function.
It provides up to 150mA of logic supply, and the reset
function monitors either input or output voltage of the
regulator with 2% accuracy.
It is suitable for local power supply and reset for small
micro controller and other logic chips.
