TO RETURN SHALL NOT RESULT IN A FIRE HAZARD, SHOCK HAZARD. WHEN THE
SHORT CONDITION IS REMOVED, THE POWER SUPPLY MUST EITHER RECOVER
AUTOMATICALLY OR RESET BY RECYCLLING THE INPUT VOLTAGE AND OPERATE
