The PCI-1611U provides many functions such as four independent RS-422/485 ports with isolation protection, high transmission speed of 921.6 kbps, and EFT surge protection. PCI-1611U also comes with high-performance 16PCI954 UARTs with a 128-byte FIFO to reduce CPU loading. These components make your system more stable and reliable. Thus, the PCI-1611U is especially suitable for multitasking environments. To improve the performance of the system, the PCI-1611U allows transmission rates up to 921.6 kbps, and to further increase reliability, the PCI-1611U offers EFT surge protectiontechnology, protecting your system from abrupt high voltages up to 2,500 VDC.
