The CFD470 contains a PIN silicon notes:
1. 1/16" (1.6mm) from case for 5 seconds maximum.
photodiode mounted on a TO-18
2. Derate linearly 2.13mW/°C from 25°C free air temperature to TA = +100°C.
header. The devices are designed
to self-align in the 0.228” (5.79mm)
bore of a standard fiber-optic
receptacle. Three crush ribs on the
outside of the case provide press-fit
installation and precise alignment.
The CFD470 is designed to interface
with multimode optical fibers from
50/125 to 200/300 microns.
