The parts are very reliable in use and have stabilities from ±50ppm over -40° to 85°C. In addition to the stability over operating temperature range customers may also choose from supply voltages of 3.3 and 5.0 Volts. The 3.3 Volt supply version will drive 2.5 Volt logic arrays.
