is 10%. Add suffix A for 5% tolerance and
suffix B for 2% tolerance. Other tolerances
available are upon request.

current (lZT or lZK) is superimposed on lZT or lZK. Zener lmpedance is measured at two points to insure a sharp knee on the breakdown curve and
to eliminate unstable units.
