ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Figure #1
1. Cut cable to length and strip per
dimensions:
•
•
outer jacket: 0.320” (8.128 mm)
inner conductor: 0.140” (3.556 mm)
2. Load the clamp nut, washer and V-Gasket
on to the cable as shown in Figure #1.

4. Install the metal spacer and rear
insulator. Solder the center contact in
place. Make sure the contact is
completely seated against the rear
insulator (see Figure #3).

3. Install the braid clamp onto the cable and
fold the braid back flat as shown in Figure
#2. Make sure that all of the individual
strands of braid are flat against the braid
clamp.

5. Place the front insulator into the
connector housing. The open end of the
insulator should face the front of the
connector housing (see Figure #4).

6. Assemble the cable into the connector
housing. Make sure that the center
contact goes through the hole in the
middle of the front insulator. Screw the
clamp nut into the connector housing and
torque at 18 to 22 in-lbs. (see Figure #5
for final assembly).
