With 800 MHz of instantaneous bandwidth, the amplifier can be used from 6.4 to 7.125 GHz. The module provides 14 dB of linear gain, has a P1dB of +37 dBm, and an OIP3 of +47 dBm. The unit uses the latest surface mount technologies to provide numerous features, while maintaining a very small size.
