The ACT1525CV family is a range of HCMOS Voltage Controlled Digitally Compensated Crystal
Oscillators whereas theACT1525AV family is a range of AHCMOS DVCXOs.
Whilst operating, the oscillator frequency is adjusted to cancel out the change due to temperature. A
microcontroller performs the elaborate control algorithm which is individually calibrated to each crystal.
Voltage adjustment is provided to compensate for aging.
