ACUTECH AQ432BZ-C3-12-TRL

AQ432
1.24V Shunt Ref/Amplifier
TO-92, SOT23, SC70 Package
Product Specification
Revision 1.0
General Description
May 15, 2007
Applications
The AQ432 is a low voltage reference/
amplifier suited for the control loop of low
voltage power supplies. Functionally similar
to the ubiquitous TL431, the AQ432 has a
lower 1.24V reference and a much wider
range of operating currents. Particular care
was taken in the design to minimize
overshoot at startup and to allow wide AC
bandwidth.
Unlike other 1.24V reference/amplifiers, the
AQ432 is designed to be stable under all
conditions and does not suffer from the
common overshoot issued associated with
other parts low voltage parts

Absolute Maximum Ratings
Stress greater than those listed under “Absolute Maximum Ratings” may cause permanent damage to the
device. These stress ratings only, and functional operation of the device at these or any conditions beyond
those indicated under recommended Operating Conditions is not implied. Exposure to “Absolute Maximum
Rating” for extended periods may affect device reliability. Use of standard ESD handling precautions is
required.
