DESCRIPTION:
The MS1337 is a 12.5 volt epitaxial silicon NPN planar transistor
designed primarily for Class C, VHF communication applications.
The MS1337 utilizes an emitter ballasted die geometry to
withstand severe load mismatch conditions.
