DESCRIPTION
• CENTER WAVELENGTH:
λC = 1310 nm
NEC's NX7304BG-CC and NX7304CG-CC are 1310 nm Multiple Quantum Well (MQW) structured Fabry-Perot (FP) laser
diode coaxial modules with single mode fiber. These modules
are ideal as a light source for ITU-T recommended Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) systems, for fiberoptic communications such as SONET and for digital transmission.

PF = 2.0 mW MIN
• LOW THRESHOLD CURRENT:
