DESCRIPTION
The uPG2189TB is a GaAs SPST switch MMIC which was developed for high power application of multi-band and
multi-mode cellular handset. This device can operate frequency from 0.5GHz to 2.5GHz, having the low insertion loss
and high linearity performance.
