The bandwidth of 400MHz allows passing of the 2 Harmonic,
resulting in minimal edge and phase distortion.
Superior channel to channel crosstalk minimizes interference.
The PA2070 contains circuitry for Power-Off protection when
VCC = 0V. Data pins can tolerate up to 5.5V
The PA2070 is compatible with 1.8 and 1.4V Systems.
Applications

ProTek Analog’s PA2070 is a bidirectional two-port Hi-speed
switch. Configured as a double-pole double throw (DPDT), it
is optimized for 400MHz switching.
