Description:

800 mW produced on the base of InGaAsP/InP index-guided heterostructures. The laser diode is performed in standard HHL package with built-in
monitor photodiode, thermistor, termocooler and have wide operating temperature range, high output power stability and more than 104 hours of
lifetime.
