Microwave Amplifier 2000 to 8000 MHz Model BXHF1059 FEATURES • Output Power @ 1dB Comp.: +16 dBm • Reverse Bias Protection • Laser Sealed Housing • Input RF Surge Protection The Model BXHF1059 is standard high frequency amplifier covering 2000 MHz to 8000 MHz. This three stage design, utilizes an input voltage regulator to protect against fluctuations in supply voltage, reverse bias protection circuitry, and a laser sealed housing for the ultimate in environmental protection. This standard design may also be ordered in a screened MIL-STD-883 version as a model SXHF1059.
