HIGH VOLTAGE POWER DARLINGTON
The BU911 are high voltage, silicon NPN transistors in monolithic Darlington mounted in Jedec
TO-220 plastic package.
They are designed for applications such as electronic ignition, DC and AD motor controls,
solenoid drivers, etc.
