DESCRIPTION
This soft recovery, high speed rectifier is ideally suited for high performance in high
voltage switching applications. The performance of this rectifier minimizes losses in
power conversion and motor control circuits complementing the switching
characteristics of power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and bipolar transistors.
