PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The SGM9140 is a low power, low voltage operation
y Low Operating Voltage: 2.8 to 5.5V
video amplifier with Y/C mixer and 75Ω driver,
y Internal Y/C MIX Circuit
SGM9140A is 12.4dB gain driver, SGM9140B is 6.4dB
y Y-input : Clamp
gain driver.
C-input : Bias
y Quiescent Current : 9.1mA at VCC = 3.0V (TYP)
The SGM9140 has mute function, and suitable for
energy save products and any low power system,
y Operating Current at Power Save
1µA at VCC = 3.0V (TYP)
which are Digital Camera, DVC and other video
y Available in Green MSOP8 Package
amplifier system.
y Support 6.4dB and 12.4dB Gain
y -40°C to +85°C Operating Temperature Range
The SGM9140 is available in Green MSOP8 package.
It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃
to +85℃.
