The PI74ST1G04 is an inverter that operates over the 1.8V to 3.6V
VCC operating range.
• Broad operating range: VCC = 1.8V –3.6V
Pericom’s PI74STseries of products are produced using the
Company’s advanced submicron technology.
• Power down high-impedance inputs/outputs
• High output drive: ±24mA at 3V VCC
• Package: 5-pin space saving SOT23 and SC70
