This is accomplished by connecting an external resistor between the TRIM pin and either the +OUTPUT or -OUTPUT pins. With an external resistor between the TRIM and -OUTPUT pin, the output voltage set point increases. With an external resistor between the TRIM and +OUTPUT pins, the output voltage set point decreases. The external TRIM resistor needs to be at least 1/16W resistors.
