LIFE - SOLID STATE RELIABILITY.
Gallium Aluminum Arsenide Red Light Emitting Diode.
The Hyper Red (SURK) and Mega Green (MGK) source color
devices are made with DH InGaAlP on GaAs substrate Light
Emitting Diode.
