QUICKTRONIC® DIMMABLE for FH®/FQ® lamps
This electronic high-frequency control gear enables FH® and FQ® lamps to be dimmed from 100% to 3% (1%) luminous flux via a 1 - 10V DC control line.
The 1-10 V control line allows a wide variety of possible connections, ranging from simple manual control units for small systems through daylight-controlled
regulation systems to modern energy management systems with PC and digital I-Bus technology. QUICKTRONIC® DIMMABLE goes beyond all current
conventional and electronic solutions not just in terms of lighting comfort and energy consumption, but also in simplicity of operation and installation.
Comfort:
- Dimmable from 100% to 3% luminous flux for FH® lamps
- Dimmable from 100% to 1% luminous flux for FQ® lamps
- Flicker-free starting at all dimmer settings
- Numerous control options with a low-voltage control signal (1 - 10 V)
- Electronic control gear from different circuits can be dimmed together on different phases

- Easy to incorporate into existing lighting control systems
Economy:
- Potentially large energy savings thanks to daylight-dependent lighting control
- Long lamp life
- Protective warm start
Safety:
- Safety shutdown of the power supply to defective lamps
- Compliance with European standards for safety, operation and EMC
- Overvoltage protective cutout for short-duration voltage surges (DIN VDE 0160) and for temporary overvoltages
- Greater fire protection because lamps operate at lower temperatures and luminaires can be constructed to meet EN
60598/DIN VDE 0710 and DIN VDE 0711 standards
- Can be used in emergency lighting systems as per DIN VDE 0108.
Applications:
Adjustable lighting in conference rooms, film projection rooms, exhibition rooms, CAD and PC rooms, control rooms,
film recording studios, and for energy savings in offices with daylight-dependent lighting control.
General:
- Supply voltage: 230V/240V
- Mains frequency: 0/50 to 60 Hz
- Lamp start: warm start within 2 s. Lamp will start at any dimmer setting.
- Radio interference suppression: to DIN VDE 0875/CISPR 15/EN 55015
- Mains harmonics: to DIN VDE 0712 Part 23/IEC 929/EN 61000-3-2/EN 60929
- Immunity to EN 61547
- Same luminous flux for AC and DC operation.
- Values for luminous flux, mains current and system wattage at a dimmer setting of 100%
- Max. 0.6 mA control current at the 1-10V interface
