The BLF6G10L-260PRN and BLF6G10L-260PRN are capable of withstanding a load
mismatch corresponding to VSWR = 10 : 1 through all phases under the following
conditions: VDS = 28 V; IDq = 1800 mA; PL = 260 W (CW); f = 920 MHz to 960 MHz.
