After the effective date of this PCN, the datasheets for these devices are updated to Revision 1.1. Datasheet Revision 1.1 introduces new extended temperature grade OPNs, and all specification table TBDs have been replaced with final values. Revision 1.5 of the Errata and Errata History documents are also available.
