FL872 ANTIALIASING FILTER Intended for use with the Y or RGB channels of a video D to A converter where deviation from full broadcast specification is acceptable. The filter provides a level of amplitude and group delay correction over the video bandwidth, and attenuations in line with those recommended in CCIR Rec 601, giving performance particularly suited to monitor quality outputs. The acceptable reduction in specification allows a very small, low cost filter to be offered. The filter may also be used for the non-oversampled RGB outputs generally available from most encoder chips.
