High stability is assured with a vacuum. It is very suitable for Smart cards, SDIO cards and miniature portable devices requiring close component packing density requirements. The product is available taped and reeled with a maximum of 3,000 pieces per reel. The devices are fully RoHS compatible and suitable for RoHS2 soldering processes.
