Fabricated using a mature silicon process (HMIC), it is ideally suited for high volume cellular and wireless applications. Typical applications include frequency up/down conversion, modulation and demodulation in GSM, AMPS, DAMPS and JDC frequencies. Parts are packaged in tape & reel.
