AT9915 Global Mixed-mode Technology 1.5A Low Dropout Regulator Features General Description 1.2V,1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V Options Over Current and Over Temperature Protection 400mV Dropout @1.5A MLCC Capacitance Stable TO-252 and TO-263T Package The AT9915 is a high performance positive voltage regulator designed for use in applications requiring very low dropout voltage at up to 1.5 Amps. The AT9915 provides excellent regulation over variations in line, load and temperature. AT9915 is stable with minimum 4.7µF MLCC (X5R) output capacitor. Applications The AT9915 is available with 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V internally preset outputs.
