AT9910 Global Mixed-mode Technology 1A Low Dropout Regulator Features General Description 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V Options Over Current and Over Temperature Protection 270mV Dropout @1A MLCC Capacitance Stable SOT-89 Package The AT9910 is a high performance positive voltage regulator designed for use in applications requiring very low dropout voltage at up to 1 Amps. The AT9910 provides excellent regulation over variations in line, load and temperature. AT9910 is stable with minimum 4.7µF MLCC (X5R) output capacitor. Applications The AT9910 is available with 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V internally preset outputs.
