General Description The IL233 is a series of low dropout voltage regulators which can provide 500mA of output current. The IL233 is available in seven fixed voltage:1.25, 1.5, 1.8, 2.5, 2.85, 3.3 and 5.0V. Additionally it is also available in adjustable version. It includes output current-limiting and thermal-limiting circuit. The IL233 series is available in TO-92, SOT-89, SOT-223 packages.
