The TDA5150 is a single-chip, ultra low power multiband, multichannel transmitter,
intended for the sub 1GHz ISM bands. This device is based on RF-CMOS technology,
combining outstanding RF performance with the flexibility of digital circuits.

With a single chip transmitter and a crystal, with frequency ranging from 12 to
14MHz you can cover the sub 1GHz ISM frequency bands, thus lowering your logistic
and production costs. This device supports your applications requiring frequency
resolution down to 7 Hz and data rates up to 100kbit/s including data encoding, at
the chip level for the most popular standards.

generation (as long as the rules for avoidance of fractional spurs are obeyed)

Datarate up to 100kbit/s with several embedded encodings and modulation
schemes: ASK, FSK and Gaussian FSK supported

Programmable output power (+5, +8 and +10dBm) with one RF matching network

Low supply current
