Multiple units can be configured to provide up to 256 channels if desired. When integrated with the Mini-Circuits HPG-13 100W synthesized signal generator, this setup can be used to build a multi-channel signal source for parallel testing applications such as burn-in, dramatically increasing throughput and reducing testing costs.
