General Description
• LA431LA and LA431LB are Low Voltage three terminal Adjustable Precision
Shunt Regulators, With guaranteed thermal stability over a full operation range.
• The output Voltage of these ICs can be set to any value between VREF (Typical 1.240V)
and 18V with two external resistors.
• These devices feature the sharp turn-on characteristics,low temperature coefficient
and low output impedance, making them ideal substitute for Zener Diode in many
applications such as switching power supplies, charger and other adjustable regulators

• LA431L precision reference Voltage tolerance is offered in 2 grades:1.0% for LA431LA
and 0.5% for LA431LB
• Both LA431LA and LA431LB are available in TO-92 (Bulk), TO-92 (Ammo),SOT-89,
SOT-23 and SOT-23-5 packages.
