PE15A3253 is a broadband GaAs PHEMT MMIC-based coaxial Low Noise Amplifier, operating in the 500 MHz to 20.0 GHz
frequency range. The amplifier offers 3dB typical Noise Figure, 20 dBm of P1dB and 15 dB small signal gain, with the gain
flatness of ±1.75dB performance. This amplifier requires only a single positive DC supply, is unconditionally stable, operates
over the temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, and characterized by a light weight (11 g) and small size (1.08”x0.53”x0.29”).
