Stack Type Actuators Testing Theory
1 The testing desk must be flat level, the actuator must stand straight vertical to the testing
desk. The contacting point must be on the top center surface of actuator. The upside contacting
rod also much be vertical to the desks.
2 Driving voltage is DC

Metherod Of Operation
1 This actuator have big blocking force and small precision displacement character, when
working the actuator should have a good contact with blocking component surface(hard
contacting, no permit soft contacting). All the actuator should be preloaded.
2 All actuators are most made by piezoceramic material,It’s better for surface to surface
contacting than point to point or line to line contacting.

Stack Working Condition:
This piezo stack working temperature range is -20~120℃,but need work in lower humidity
condition. If high humidity the insulation result of some components came down and will affect the
life time of stack.
