Earlier this year ATM received from Space Systems Loral the Supplier Excellence Award. This was in recognition of ATM quality, and delivery performance in supplying thousands of space qualified components per year for satellites and vacuum test chambers, with a quality rating of 99.6% and an on time delivery rating of 100%. Supplier Excellence Award Following on this success, Space Systems Loral invited ATM to participate in a program allowing for Source Quality Inspections to be done by the vendor (ATM) on behalf of SSL called the SSL Certification Inspection Program. After ATM proved itself to be compliant with the strictest guidelines and highest standards set by SSL, in 2013 ATM was again recognized; this time for meeting the requirements of the Certified Inspection Program. “In Recognition of Excellent Supplier Quality Performance … ATM has been conferred CSI Inspection Privileges per the SSL Certified Inspection Program” This Program allows ATM to perform in house QC inspections on behalf of SSL. ATM was presented with a plaque acknowledging this privilege recognizing the hard work and dedication of our ATM Production and Quality Control Teams.Of the approximately 300 SSL suppliers, Advanced Technical Materials Inc. is one of only four companies given this honor.
