This AOS product reliability report summarizes the qualification result for AOV20S60. Accelerated
environmental tests are performed on a specific sample size, and then followed by electrical test
at end point. Review of final electrical test result confirms that AOV20S60 passes AOS quality
and reliability requirements. The released product will be categorized by the process family and
be routine monitored for continuously improving the product quality.

I. Product Description:
The AOV20S60 has been fabricated using the advanced MOS high voltage process that is
designed to deliver high levels of performance and robustness in switching applications.
By providing low RDS(on), Qg and EOSS along with guaranteed avalanche capability this part can be
adopted quickly into new and existing offline power supply designs.

IV. Reliability Evaluation
FIT rate (per billion): 3.82
MTTF = 29919 years
The presentation of FIT rate for the individual product reliability is restricted by the actual burn-in
sample size. Failure Rate Determination is based on JEDEC Standard JESD 85. FIT means one
failure per billion hours.
