We manufacture and export exclusively non-chemical products to the EU. As an example, the exported amount of high voltage diodes and power supplies is below 1 ton. Based on this, VMI is not required to register or provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Pre-registration is only applicable for manufacturers within the EU, so as VMI manufactures its products exclusively in the United States of America, pre-registration is not directly possible. According to REACH regulations, our EU customers are thus considered as importers, and if necessary would need to register themselves. To our knowledge, due to the reasons mentioned above, our customers are not obliged to register.
