The Transient Voltage Suppressor array offers 2 TVS diodes with Working Peak Reverse Voltage of 7 V or 12 V with Minimum Breakdown Voltage of 7.5 V or 13.3 V respectively. 1 3 The SOT23 packaged device will mount directly onto the industry standard SOT23 footprint.
