M U LT I F U S E ® P P T C R E S E T TA B L E F U S E S July, 2012 Bourns® Model MF-SD013/250-2 Changes Bourns® Multifuse® PPTC Product Line is moving the final assembly of the Model MF-SD013/250-2 from its current location to an in-house process at Bourns (Xiamen) Ltd.’s manufacturing facility. With the move, the marking on the housing will change from a white ink to a laser marking, and the solder material will change from a Pb/Sn/Sb alloy to a Sn/Sb alloy. Additionally, the Time to Trip specification will change from 1 A/2 sec. to 1 A/2.5 sec. This Product Change Notification reflects changes in the manufacturing location, marking, materials and functionality. The last time buy date for the unchanged parts is August 1, 2012.
