Fir Tree Harness Mounts ® SPECIFICATION SHEET specifications Fir tree harness mounts shall provide over fifty pounds of pull-out force when attached to wire harness assemblies, cables, and corrugated loom tubing. Suitable attachment methods include vinyl tape, Mylar* tape, and cable ties. The winged mounts shall be designed for pre-installation, allowing the finished wire harness to be installed in 6.3 to 7.1mm through holes. The fir tree barb design shall be compatible with all existing fixtures and automatic inspection systems and insert into a wide range of panel thicknesses and hole sizes with a maximum insertion force of 14 lbs.
