The patented Trench Schottky barrier technology supports lower forward voltage drop (VF), higher standoff voltage (VRRM), and lower leakage currents across the full operating temperature range to significantly reduce conduction losses in application. The low profile TO-277 (SMPC) package offers a small footprint and thermal efficiency for reliable surface mount applications.
