This VCO features a typical phase noise of -110 dBc / Hz @ 10 KHz offset with excellent linearity . Power output is +5 dBm min and harmonic suppression of -20 dBc. Designed and manufactured in the United States, the model CVCO33CC-25002500 is packaged in a SMD package with dimensions of 0.3 x 0.3 inches. Input voltage is 3.3 V, with a typical current consumption of about 20 mA. Low power consumption to 5.0 MHz and 1.0 MHz / V. The CVCO33CC-2500-2500 is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
